Today Talya was experienced making zucchini slice with other children. She did mixing and poured the ingredients. Talya ate the zucchini slice for lunch. Cooking helps children increases language development as well as some measuring and counting basics. It enhances fine motor skills and also teaches life skills. Cooking encourages family bonding and children might learn some new words too, like ‘grate’, ‘mash’ and ‘delicious’! As they are old enough to help with things like setting the table, serving food and cleaning up after meals.
